Start as you mean to continue. After the hibernation and limitation that was 2020, we are sure you are ready to step up into 2021 with more clarity and purpose than ever. 

Now really is the time for yoga. Maybe this is your first time? Maybe you’ve tried yoga before but it wasn’t quite your thing? Maybe it’s been tugging at you for a while and now is the time to take the step. 

Whatever has brought you here, commitment to this 4-week beginners course will wholeheartedly support you on the next steps of your life journey. 

Slow, clear and methodical instruction with a senior teacher will help you develop the skills needed, and the vocabulary of variations required for you feel confident and at home in your body. 

The focus will be on the understanding and refinement of the foundation or seed postures from which all other (more complicated) postures evolve from.

All welcome including those with chronic injuries, and especially those who think they are too old, not flexible enough or too set in their ways.
