Beginners Yoga Course

Immerse yourself in a two hour class where you will learn to combine roll and release techniques with the long held poses of Yin yoga.
The combination of these practices relieves muscular aches and pains and restores the fascia tissue leaving you relaxed and spacious in body and mind.
