Nadine has a deep passion for supporting women and their partners and children as they journey into parenthood.

She knows that having a “ village” during this poignant time in your life can significantly improve a family’s quality of life. Nadine looks to provide support both physically and emotionally– helping parents make informed choices, providing a place of support and help in creating a beautiful birth experience, no matter what unfolds.  

Nadine offers this support via twice weekly pregnancy yoga classes, birth education courses for couples, as a doula attending births, precious mother & baby yoga classes and now Kindred Mama Circles.   

Nadine is one of a small number of women bringing the holistic and evidence based course She Births to pregnant couples in Sydney.  She Births gives couples the most well-rounded, complete preparation for birth. The massive benefits of this course have now been proven through randomised, controlled trials published in the British Journal of Medicine.  

Pregnancy yoga has been scientifically proven to create shorter labours, less complications, less pain relief and babies with better birth weights. Mother and Baby yoga encourages deeper bonding with baby, enhances baby’s development and nourishes mothers while Soul Mama Circles provide mothers with much needed emotional support.  

Nadine is a senior Level 3 Yoga teacher under Yoga Australia, having trained under the British Wheel of Yoga, The Birthlight Foundation, Rainbow Kids Yoga, Manju Pattabhis Jois, Bryan Kest & Duncan Peak.   She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (majoring in nutrition), and is a certified She Births Childbirth Educator.
